By updating Fonville Morisey Realty’s branding, we have created a cohesive brand. Our new logo is clean and modern in design, with a nod to our local history and the people who have brought us so many years of success.
Every design choice must be deliberate, supporting the intended message. Lowercase, sans serif letters are current, modern and dynamic in appearance as opposed to the rigidity of capital letters. This design choice was essential to articulating who we are – innovative, supportive, and professional. Embracing our Triangle roots, the 3 shades of blue represent the main cities that make up the Triangle – Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. To honor our founders, Fonville and Morisey, the f and m overlap to form the r in Realty, just as they joined together 44 years ago to establish Fonville Morisey Realty.
With this new, cohesive branding, FM Realty can broaden its audience, giving our sales associates the foundation and support to continue their success of building lifetime relationships.
