About the “Faces”
Welcome to the “Faces of Fonville”!
What makes Fonville Morisey the leader in the Triangle real estate market is the people…the “faces”…that make up our community of successful associates, managers, corporate leadership, and most importantly, our buyers and sellers that continue to value the resources we provide on their behalves. This blog is an extension of that family. It is geared toward building this community of leaders and valued clients. As such, you will see topics ranging from real estate market data to company news to charity involvement and even features on YOU our readers!
Who writes for the “Faces”?
In essence, we all do. However, our community manager is our own Digital Media Marketing Director, Lisa Sullivan.
Lisa came to Fonville Morisey by way of her own freelance business specializing in Web 2.0 marketing. Prior to that, she was a community liaison with NBC 17 and an educator. To keep current in the social space, Lisa is involved in Triangle Social Media Club, is the Founder of her own women’s organization (Tweet Divas) and has attended conferences such as Social Fresh, Science Online, Social Media Business Forum, and Ignite (Durham and Raleigh). Lisa is passionate about helping our Fonville family learn how to successfully navigate the social sphere and building the community here.
Lisa leads all initiatives for each of Fonville Morisey’s digital and social platforms. She’s your “go-to” gal! If you have ideas for topics we should cover (need answers to pertinent questions on the Triangle real estate market, buying or selling a home, etc.) drop Lisa a line at lsullivan@fmrealty.com. Perhaps your question will lead to blog post (or series)!
The Rules of Engagement
In order to make this community a pleasant experience for all we have a few guidelines that we kindly request that you follow:
Be respectful of all who post here. Whether it’s a contributor or a commenter, everyone is entitled to share their expertise (or opinion). We may not always agree, but all are welcome. With respect to blog comments, it is up to the discretion of our community manager to decide if a comment should be removed. If you see something that should be addressed, please contact Lisa Sullivan at lsullivan@fmrealty.com.
Stay on topic. Blog comments should stay within the confines of the topic of the associated blog post. If we discover that a comment thread has gone off-topic, we will close the thread for future commenting and/or remove those that don’t apply to the original blog post.
Get involved. Our blog is generally about topics we find relevant to our market and to those we serve. However, we’d like YOUR input too. As a matter of fact, we’re looking for “Guest Contributors” to share their expertise! Know something about green living in the Triangle market or staging a home or want to share your story as a buyer or seller, then START the conversation. Contact Lisa Sullivan (lsullivan@fmrealty.com) today to share your expertise or experience with us. Lisa can’t WAIT to hear from you!
