Yesterday amidst a sea of who’s who in corporate and nonprofit technology in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas Fonville Morisey‘s own John Schweighardt was amongst the field of 23 Finalists for the inaugural Triangle Business Journal CIO Awards.
“The awards recognize a total of 23 individuals who have used information technology in innovative ways to create competitive advantage, optimize business processes and enable growth.” (TBJ, September 6th, 2012)
In partnership with the North Carolina Technology Association, the awards were handed out in various categories from “Best CIO Public Sector” to “Rising Star CIO” to “Community Champion” and several others. John was a Finalist in the “Innovation and Transformation” category.
