The following contribution is the second in this month’s “featured month” series for Fonville Morisey Preston.
Fonville Morisey Preston is having a fantastic fall selling homes in Cary, North Carolina and surrounding areas. To keep abreast of current trends in the market, share best practices, company news, etc. we hold a sales meeting each Tuesday, but this particular Tuesday was different. After our usual topics of discussion, a special guest speaker, and partaking in tours of homes for sale by some of our equally fantastic agents, we took some down time and celebrated Oktoberfest with the good folks at our FM Lending group!
With German music in the background, the Preston office celebrated this beautiful fall weather with an Oktoberfest that is destined to be a new tradition! Chris Freeze was the Master Griller cooking the brats and burgers which were embellished with all the toppings. The Preston staff treated the agents to a table full of homemade baked beans, a variety of salads and desserts. Allan Gouge made his famous chocolate chip cookies as an extra treat!
FM Lending Loan Officer Denee Mueller takes a turn at “bartending” for Oktoberfest!
To add to the festivities, the FM Lending ‘bartenders’ hosted a beer tasting featuring German and fall beers. Agents were happy to vote for their favorites and sample the newest brews.
Thanks to the Preston staff, Denise Lee of Guaranty Title, FM Lending’s Pam Louder, Denee Mueller and Brad Dinkel, and all the agents who came to enjoy the afternoon after the sales meeting and tour!

We sampled some wonderful Oktoberfest brews this afternoon and we know there are several microbreweries right here in the Triangle.
