The Parade of Homes has started!
The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County has hosted North Carolina’s largest Open House, showcasing new homes in our area since beginning this event in 1966. It has become a staple for REALTORS® and our communities as evidenced by the numbers touring these homes.
This event also gives onsite agents an opportunity to have special events for real estate Brokers. Renaissance at Regency and Fonville Morisey & Barefoot hosted a luncheon and luxury home tour of two Parade of Homes favorites. A delicious lunch catered by Catering Works was served at 406 Michaelangelo Way in Regency Estates. This beautiful 3,864 square foot home was built by Wes Carroll of Upright Builders, is LiveGreen Certified with a spacious first floor master. It was great to have the builder available to answer questions during the luncheon!
The next stop was the stunning Ange Signature Homes estate home located at 1015 Venetian Court. Unique construction with limestone & stucco facade, copper roofing details and Geothermal HVAC along with the exceptional interior trim detailing made this 7,359 square foot home one you should see.
Now THIS is a closet!
Tracy Santrock, Sharon Kowitz and Esther Giambalvo added even more to the day by hosting open houses in two of the Preston Office listings in Regency.
