This post is the second in a series of Fonville Morisey “Branch Bits” as we feature the FM Lochmere Sales Office during the month of September.
This past Monday was the national Labor Day holiday, a time when as a nation we pay a yearly tribute to the American worker and all that they have contributed to the “strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country” . For most, it’s a day off. For those of us in real estate, it might mean we continue to show a house to a perspective buyer, prepare a contract, contact a client, or all of the above (don’t worry – we do get time to relax too!). So, we at Fonville Morisey Lochmere thought it would be a great time to reflect on what it is we do as REALTORS® with the “Labor of Love” we have created in the team here at our sales office.
FM Lochmere is located at the corner of Lochmere Drive and Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, within a stone’s throw of US 1 and other major routes. We’re not far from Wake Med Cary, right next to Bocci Italian Restaurant in the Lochmere Pavillion and just down the road from Harold D. Ritter Park. We’re convenient to everything!
But, that’s not what makes us desirable. That’s just location.
We are a supportive, positive, and productive sales office, which really just makes us a family. While we pride ourselves on the accomplishments of our 100+ Agents (professionally and personally), we’re more than just a high-producing “work horse”, we like to have fun too! Our “Party Deck” overlooking the lake is often filled with afternoon laughter. We’ve held baby showers, engagement soirees, Birthday parties, etc. out there whenever the weather cooperates…which is often!

Of course, none of this would be possible if it weren’t for excellent leadership, the kind of leaders that make you want to do your job and do your job 110%. That’s what our Sales Manager, Carolyn Kasdorf and Associate Manager, Renee Smith do for us. Let us not forget our fantastic FM Lending Loan Officers, Anthony Pellegrino and Steve Fitzpatrick, who are there to assist our clients with all their lending needs. The team that they are strengthens and leads us all in the team that WE are.
