In our 2nd annual food drive for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina’s Kids Summer Stock program, it is no surprise that our Highway 54 office collected over 500lbs in donations for the cause since they were our competition winner last year!
Sales Associate Liz Schoeneberger had this to say about the initiative -
“I was thrilled to once again be part of the Fonville Morisey effort to support the Food Bank of CENC Kids Summer Stock program. Our office was so generous last year and raised over 800 lbs of food for the children of Durham. And this year we did a fantastic job as well. It is such a satisfying feeling to know we are helping our community, and since we at FM Highway 54 primarily serve the Durham area, this includes our Durham children.
The Food Bank needs our assistance in order to aid those that depend on school lunches and need an extra helping hand in the summer months. Our business may be selling homes, but we also need to help others make their homes a safe and nurturing place to live. We can be a small but important part of that by assisting to provide desperately needed food. It is an honor every year to work with my fellow agents at the Durham Highway 54 office to help provide the help that the Food Bank needs.”

“It never ceases to amaze me how our agents and staff at Highway 54 pull together for the needy causes we choose to support each year. They have BIG hearts! I am very thankful to have the opportunity to work with each of them and I congratulate them all on this accomplishment.”
