Fall is finally here! Funny how it always seems like a “new year” once it begins to cool off, kids are back in school and familiar routines are once more the norm.
We also see people this time of year looking to begin new careers; thinking of how they can make more money and gain some control over their lives. At a recent career night held at our Inside the Beltline office in Raleigh hosted by VP and Sales Manager, Amy Butler, we saw a 90% turn out rate for those registered to learn more about a career in real estate.
Here at Fonville Morisey Real Estate School, we are seeing a lot of activity with our career events during the day having hosted two successful daytime events at both of our Durham and Raleigh-based school locations this summer. It seems as though with many folks not working during the day (or only working part-time) that an opportunity to participate in a daytime career event is the perfect solution. At a time convenient for them, participants learn more about real estate and how it might be the just the career that they want to pursue at a time of transition in their lives.
Come and join us at one of several events that we have scheduled over the next few weeks. The very next one will be held at our Preston office (1903 High House Road, Cary) on September 21st from 11:00am-1:00pm. These are very informal events so feel free just to drop by, hear some information, pick up some materials and then leave if you are unable to stay for the whole time. We would love to have you! Register for this one (or for any of our other career events) at www.fmschool.com.
We look forward to seeing many of you there on Tuesday!
